Zero customer support

Had issues with a $3200 transaction. The system would not process American Express or Visa. After two days of frustration, we visited with the customer and used a backup square account and no issues. Card user said this was a small transaction and there should have no issue. No phone support for quick help. Sent e-mail we are still waiting and of today it's day 3. Also, we tried to set up ACH processing, which is a service they provide which they charge to process. That was two months ago and have not heard back. Braintree is absolutely garbage. There are hundreds of payment processors we are out.

Hello Braintree, So initially a transaction was made from my course hero account to them using my Ecobank Africa debit cards. And I immediately requested a full refund of the money and it was sent but the funds never reached my account plus my account got deactivated. The sender of such transactions here is Course Hero. Course Hero is an American educational technology website based in Redwood City, California which operates an online learning platform for students to access course specific study resources and online tutors. In many cases, I have tried contacting the team about these refund and it has been issued as such but it has been declined by either the Course Hero team or the Ecobank Ghana Group. I have even sent emails detailing about other payments methods concerning my refund but all to no avail. In this case as a payment gateway service, I suggest you contact my Ecobank Ghana Bank and contact Course Hero using a 3 way call in a way to resolve this issue to receive my complaints about an outstanding refund which has not been paid to resolve this issue with another payment method which the funds can be sent through any other means since most banks in ghana like Ecobank Ghana bank cannot receive transactions from third party gateway services which can only be used in countries like the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR China, Malaysia, and New Zealand and not my country Ghana. I have also informed my bank about this case so please take this into consideration and let me know about any other important resolutions you can come to.

Unknown payments

Monthly since November 2023 i have had a payment of approximately £8.50 taken from my uk bank account. Jt us a fireugn transaction as i also get charged a fee from my bank. I have no idea what this payment is for and would like an explanation please.

The company that stole my money used you I had to do many email searches and send requests for help and I could never locate any information for your company for the customer that obtain help. There’s only so information for the seller.

Don't use this company. It cost more than it says and it keeps giving popups after you just enter your order information for add items, including the pillow cases and upgrade to get the ones that I originally was going to purchase the sheet set for the upgraded cooling degree and how it would keep me healthier and many other ones all which were what was advertised as what I thought I was going to purchase. So after so many popups with upgrades and addon's I deleted each line in the order starting at my name and deleted each box all the way through the payment information and then I closed the browser. Less than an half an hour later I got an email with just a ladies name (not the company) telling me that my order is packed and awaiting pickup. I did not open it as it did not have a company name. I had a few emails after that and then three emails show up and the first one says I left behind the 10% off the next order behind and then a few minutes later I recived an email from the company saying my order is complete and not 11 minutes later there is another email stating it has been shipped. I emailed them and they reply saying they will get back to me within a few days, which will give them time to receive my money but they cannot answer my email then but they could keep sending me emails on an order I did not place. Nothing matched their original information including the cost of the set which did not even include pillow cases (at least by the popup for upgrade for the pillow cases) which reputable companies always include. I never went past the order screen and I deleted everything, but they basically stole my information and sent something I did not order. They also added items from their popups that I declined and they used a different company for my payment. Which I had to search to find out how to contact them and after I send them an email to them and get a response stating they received my request I get another email stating that email address is no longer monitored and I had to re-email to a different email and start all over again. So everything is fishy. On this page they want me to include a recipt or order ID but I do not have those and I tried coping the email infomartion to word doc and it comes back with it does not support that format so I can't prove like they want.

Reimbursement

On 2/21/24 I picked up a prescription for Sutab 1.479-0.225-0.188 G-M Tab and was told the coupon system is down and they were unable to connect so I could come back. I explained I was to start taking the prescription in the morning because of a procedure that I had to prep for and unfortunately I didnt have the flexibility to wait so asked for my options. My option was to wait or pay up front and return for reimbursement when the system was back up. I paid $200 instead of the expected $60 and said I would periodically check back. I also asked if there was going to be an issue depending on how long it takes for the system to get back up and was reassured that since the date of my prescription and attempt to use the coupon failed that there should be no issue. Well I returned after 2 other times and was told yesterday that the company decided to go with another company to process coupons and my CVS pharmacy couldnt do anything and they suggested reaching out directly to Braintree/Sebel directly for the $140 reimbursement.

Cannot log into control panel of Braintree, no one will help

Hello Braintree, My braintree account was set up on behalf of my company by an individual who worked for a nonprofit that no longer exists. I don't know the login he used or the password. I need someone to help me change that or to create a new braintree account connected to my bank account and website and sever the connection of the old account I cannot access. Or close it. Who can help? I spoke to PayPal and they said they had several recent complaints about Braintree. I have no problems with PayPal. I can log in. Some disputes from Braintree do not seem to port over to PayPal. If I can't fix this soon I will have no choice but to file formal complaints and switch payment processors. There is no live help at Braintree, this is a problem. Thanks...

We have had 1 customer charge back this account 2 times. The 1st time we sent in our evidence that this was not fraud and you returned our money to us. Now the same customer pre- arbitration the same one that was done in June. We were not notified from you that this was going to happen again. You let him have his money back and we cannot put in a claim against him again because it says expired. We would like to be able to put this back pre- arbitration again as this was not fraud. This gentleman ordered product, we sent him the product in March 2023 and now he is the one being the thief not us. We would like to get owe money due back to us. They stopped phone support

Braintree has been fabulous to use as a payment processor for our websites for years. I even met them at a developer conference in San Francisco when they were first starting. The API was easy to use and integrate with our website and our own in house code. Unfortunately, they decided to cease phone support and all you can do is fill out a form to submit and hope someone replies. Why can't they at least have a chat. They have always been extremely responsive and helpful all these years. I'm very disappointed we can't get through to them now. I will check out stripe or authorize.net or any other processors to see if they still take phone calls.
